I’m super uber lethargic today. I perked up a bit once I had my afternoon latte and went live on Instagram. Buut, as soon as I came down off that caffeine high, I started getting achy and tired and sore. Man, I’m so whiny.
This past weekend I tried to start a whole 30. I made it 17 hours. Yes it was impulsive and ill-prepared and I may have self-sabotaged before I even started. I decided that instead of doing an entire elimination program, I’d double down on the main goals I wanted to accomplish from whole 30 and keep it more streamlined.
Almond milk is a staple in our house. We always go for the unsweetened vanilla and it’s so versatile to have in. Although I buy multiple cartons of almond milk each week, I’m always experimenting on my own with different non-dairy beverages.
So I might be a bit of a dessert snob. Brownies have to be fudgey, cookies have to be gooey, and cakes have to have a heck of a lot of icing. I like what I like. Aaaand I like chocolate.
