I wanted to get one more refreshing, summery recipe in before summer winds down. Buut let’s face it. I live in SoCal and while there are “seasons” here, ice cream season never really goes out of style. Then again, I think that’s less a SoCal thing and more of an everywhere thing.

We made it to California!! The plane ride when pretty standard – not their worst, not their best 🙂 I’m leaving it open to interpretation who “they” are… but we arrived in California. And, given how crazy off the sacred schedule we all are, the little guys did well. We spent the first night on a mattress pad on the floor. It was fun camping out with everyone and I don’t think we’ve all ever slept in the same room.
Ok, I’m one of those people that signs up for subscription services and enjoy it for a few months and then so desperately want it to stop but it’s impossible to make it stop. Jaryd hates this little habit of mine. BUT! The fun part is, you get happy mail, and you never know what it will be. And when it’s fun it fun.
