This week has been unbearable for me. UNBEARABLE. I am soo sick. It’s that kind of sick that just. doesn’t. go. away. Sad face. Whimper. And I have these two sick kids and everyone is just so cranky, and icky. I’m ready for next week to start so we can just press the reset button and start over again. I’m crossing my fingers that we’ll turn a corner tomorrow and things will be on the up and up. Ok, bitch fest over.
Two words: Kale. Pesto. This isn’t just the best kale pesto. This is the best pesto I’ve ever had. Yeah, you heard me! Here’s the thing. I get super excited when I find a new way to use kale. Kale is not just for salads! I put kale in smoothies. I make kale chips. I add it to casseroles. Ah! The possibilities are endless.
OK! I have my naptime latte and am ready to sit down a type a post for you peeps 🙂 Er, I need one more sip before we begin. Ok, that was more like 3 gulps, but now I’m READY!!!
This was quite the day. My youngest son is 6 months and was up for an hour last night crying 🙁 I can only guess he’s teething (pretty much what I say anytime I have no idea what his deal is), but this has been a pattern for the last week.
