I know weeknight dinners can be hard. I have a whole Pinterest board dedicated to them because I know they can be super rushed, un-inspired, and overall just… boring.
I’ve been craving Mexican food hard lately. Whether it’s nachos or quesadillas, I’ve been craving that spicy, cheesy goodness. I don’t know what it is, but at least once a week I’m reaching for those Mexican-inspired flavors.
I don’t mean to sound too much like Jerry Seinfeld, but what’s the deal with mattress pads?! We’ve been sleeping on the worst mattress ever for… um 10 years. What’s so bad about it, you ask? We hacked it from a condo my mom sold and the new owners didn’t want it so obviously the poor college students would take it. At 20, I didn’t think twice about it. But now, as an adult, I’m pretty sure this is in the top 5 grossest things I’ve ever done.
What do you look forward most to when you have a holiday brunch? It may be the quiche, the ability to eat both breakfast AND lunch on one plate, gathering around with family (obviously). Aside from all the wonderful things to brunch on, I think every good brunch needs to be rounded out with a fun dessert.
I’m a bbq lover. There’s something about that sweet and spicy bbq flavor that I just can’t get enough of! It’s comforting and delicious and OH so indulgent. I thought it would be fun to take the bbq flavor and lighten it up a bit with an extra serving of veggies.
