Ok guys. I’ve been thinking a lot about Easter brunch, and well, brunches in general. I began thinking about all the traditional brunch food and something that could be a fun surprise on the brunch table. And let me tell you.
So, you know what I’m super impressed by? People that meal prep every single meal every single Sunday for the week ahead. I mean, it seems like such a great idea. They spend a Sunday morning cooking, then just pack each serving in containers so they can just grab and go.
I’m always looking for fun and new breakfasts because it’s one meal I’m always struggling to keep healthy. Jaryd is an egg guy and could probably eat eggs every morning for ever and ever, the end. I get sick of eating one thing over and over and so I’m constantly need variety.
