Merry Christmas, everyone! Ok, so what?! I’m a day late, don’t be such a grinch. I made Jaryd run down the delivery man to check his truck for a package. Not just any package. It was THE package. The package that would make or break Christmas. The package that is all my kid’s been talking about for the last month.
So, I’m totally the parent that brought my kid to school when it was closed. I was one of three parents that stood outside the eerily quiet school, knocking and waiting. Theeen I looked up school closings online and BAM. No school. Needless to say I have since updated my personal calendar.
Sooo, I have a secret. As you may or may not have picked up from my previous hummus recipe, IIIIIII get a weee, ity bity little bit sick of hummus from time to time. I know, blasphemy. Perhaps this is self-inflicted, but we go through hummus spurts that leaves me feeling very over hummus. I’ve tried different hummus recipes but they never really stick. So, I tend to constantly be searching for healthy snacks that aren’t hummus.
