I’m a big fan of pizza and pizzaish things. I’ve made this cauliflower crust pizza which is hands down my favorite cauliflower crust ever. I’ve made this coconut flour crust that is so tasty, especially when you drizzle a hella lot of bbq sauce on it.
The most ridiculous thing happened. We went up to San Fransisco last weekend for a little family trip. It was great to switch it up, relax, and reaffirm our love for SoCal coastal beach living.

The chickpea pasta keeps it lower carb and gluten free. Even the pickiest eaters won’t know the pesto has KALE!! Let me know what you think!
January is almost over, and I know SO many of you are rocking whole30 or just generally trying to stay on track for the new year. I thought it would be fun to make a really yummy spiralized dish that is whole30 compliant, super healthy, super tasty, and super easy to throw together.
I think one of the hardest things to do is come up with quick and easy weeknight meals. I try my best to plan out my week, but I always have a handful of dinners that seem so rushed and thrown together. When I come across tips or shortcuts that make life run a bit smoother, I’m a sign me up, shout it from the rooftop kind of gal.
