I got acupuncture this weekend. Needle in my feet, neck, third eye, the works. It’s something I’ve always been curious about, but never took the next step to find someone. Well, I went to a party and there was an acupuncturist giving mini sessions. Um, I loved it.
I don’t mean to sound too much like Jerry Seinfeld, but what’s the deal with mattress pads?! We’ve been sleeping on the worst mattress ever for… um 10 years. What’s so bad about it, you ask? We hacked it from a condo my mom sold and the new owners didn’t want it so obviously the poor college students would take it. At 20, I didn’t think twice about it. But now, as an adult, I’m pretty sure this is in the top 5 grossest things I’ve ever done.
January is almost over, and I know SO many of you are rocking whole30 or just generally trying to stay on track for the new year. I thought it would be fun to make a really yummy spiralized dish that is whole30 compliant, super healthy, super tasty, and super easy to throw together.
