So it just occurred to me that my last three (including this one) posts were peanut/nut butter related. Sorry, not sorry. Buuuut if you are so not into nut butters, my sincerest apologies. Otherwise, no regrets. Sweet potato noodles with peanut sauce? Bomb. Creamy crunchy peanut butter bars? Bomb. These almond butter chia cookies? I have no words but I’m making hand motions and nodding my head YESSS. Really really good, you guys.

I don’t remember my weekly breakfasts too much as a kid. I remember in high school eating a lot of oatmeal and hot chocolate. I remember eating eggs here and there, and waffles were always a welcomed meal. College was all about enjoying a coffee and muffin during my first morning class. Nowadays, breakfasts are tough for me.
So I got my first pair of LuLuLemon pants. Half of you will be like “omg what took you so long” and the other half will be like “ugh, why?” Here’s why. Because THEY’RE AMAZING. It’s true. I used to be one of those people that’s all like, “buy cheap athleisure wear, it’s all the same.” But I skeptically bought it because I needed to know. I just needed to know.
Who else is seriously nerding out for the Olympics?! ME!! Little lady hand raised emoji. ME. I love the Olympics and will be tuning in as much as possible and will definitly be watching all of the swimming. Maybe some gymnastics. Not sure what else there is besides those two. My friend Katie loves beach volleyball and urged me to watch it, so I’ll definitely be trying to tune in for that. What are you guys watching this year?
