Soo, I’m not entirely sure if this is breakfast or dessert. Originally I had planned for this to be breakfast but then at 8am when I dug in, I felt a bit like I was eating chocolate cookies for breakfast. I mean hellllo choc-o-late. Coco pebbles got nothing on this beauty.
Yeah you read that right. MacarOOns. You know, those coconutty chewy yummies that make you feel like you’re eating an Almond Joy. Not those fancy French macarOns that are like beautifully colored mini hamburgers. If you’re confused, see the above picture to know what I’m talking about.
YOU GUYS!! These are amazing! I’m totally loving these little truffles! And they’re so easy!! I love food processor recipes that take just a few minutes make and only dirty one thing. These come together way too quickly. Liiiike so quickly that when you finish eating all the truffles, you have nooo issue immediately making another batch (or two).
If you haven’t picked up on this yet, let me spell it out. I L-I-K-E chocolate. Well, I like-like chocolate. It’s my go-to treat. All chocolate errrythang. This Valentine’s Day, though, I’ve probably told Jaryd 10 times not to get me chocolate. I know, who even am I? I’m trying to keep it healthy, people!!
It’s Sunday Funday folks!! Sunday is obviously my second favorite day of the weekend. It takes backseat mainly because of the impending sense that a new week is upon us and we have to wait another five whole days until the next weekend.
