Um. I BOUGHT A DONUT PANNN!!! I had a moment this weekend where I NEEDED a donut pan. My head just flooded with low carb/gluten free/paleo donut possibilities and it had to happen.
This past winter I went to a cookie swap at my neighbor’s house. Jen, if you’re reading this, hiii!! Anyway, one of the appetizers she had was a roasted red pepper dip. There was some buzz about walnuts and feta and I knew it was something I needed to recreate.
Yesterday was one of those days that I put on a huge college sweatshirt, and looked like a hot mess all day. You know what I’m talking about! If I was in my pre-parenthood life I would have stayed in bed all day and binge watched trashy shows. Instead I did probably the exact opposite of that, just with super oversized comfy clothes on. I felt fine. I was in good spirits. Just the whole getting dressed like an adult thang was not happening. Turns out, my kids could care less what I look like.
So Caleb’s been doing this really creepy thing where around bedtime he’s been saying, “There’s a ghost in our house.” Um, no there’s not. I try to rationalize it in my mind that Halloween just recently happened and he just learned about ghosts, but I find myself like creeping up the stairs and turning every single light on in the process…
Happy Weekend Y’all!! So I made this frittata for lunch today. I had other recipes that I was planning on sharing with you this weekend, but this frittata hopped the line! Ahh!! What a budger!
