Energy bars are the best snack to stash away for an afternoon pick-me-up or when you have a sweet tooth craving.
These bars are loaded with chocolatey flavor and have tons of nutty texture and are an any time of day treat.
Plus, we’re loading these energy bars up with superfoods like hemp hearts, cacao, and maca.
Talk to me about the superfoods!
Hemp hearts are a great source of magnesium, which can help regulate your heartbeat and are linked to the prevention of coronary heart disease. Caco is rich in fiber, healthy fats, and essential minerals like magnesium and iron. Maca packs high levels of iron and iodine to promote healthy cells and to help keep your metabolism on track. Maca cointains potassium which can help digestion and soothe muscles. It’s also rich in calcium, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
