I haven’t done this in a couple months, but I always get such a great response from you guys when I switch it up and do a favorite things post. So, I thought I’d break down February’s favorites. Throughout the month I mentally take note of items that I come across and I love. Items that are everyday, or special, or really fun. Plus, sometimes I feel like I’m such a creature of habit that it’s fun to look back on the month to see the new things that have come my way. Let’s do this!
Herbed Infused Lip Blooms from Farmacy: this winter I have been soo dry and have been trying to replenish the moisture and heal the cracked dryness from the harsh weather. I love this lip balm because not only does it moisturize my lips but it also protects my lips from the harsh elements. It contains a potent natural antioxidant which helps protect and firm the skin by inhibiting the enzymes that break down collagen. Gimmee alll that. Plus, the herb infused flavors are kind of drool worthy. I got the apple rosemary and I love LOVE the smell of it.
PLUS!! Farmacy was sooo kind to give a Sleep Tight night balm that reinforces the skin’s natural moisture content, aids firmness and tone while helping to restore elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. You know those products that you put on your face and you feel so rejuvenated and renewed? You need this!! Enter the easy peasy giveaway below!!
Kenra Platinum Revive System: Guys! I have been kind of hating my hair this winter. Going along with the whole cold, dry winter theme, my hair has been so brittle and dry and just overall bleh. I need to seriously revive it for spring! I was so excited to get this system. I used every product on my first use and I am obsessed with my hair!! It feels soo healthy and smooth and bouncy, I can’t even handle it. I have two favorites from the whole system. The Kenra Platinum Revive Treatment is like a deep conditioner that you let sit for 5-10 minutes in the shower. It completely replenishes my hair and makes it just-left-the-hairdresser gorgeous!! My other favorite is the Kenra Platinum Revive Oil. I gloss this over my hair after I was it and even use a pump here and there on particularly brittle and dry areas. I swear my hair slurps this up! If you’re interested in a new hair system, definitely give this a try!
Salba Chia: ok ok ok, I know I already talked about how amazing they are here, but I just want to reiterate. I didn’t know I would have such a preference on chia seeds. It’s like when you’re in college and you’re drinking Franzia straight from the bag (because there IS a bag in that box) and then a few years later you have amazingly delicious GOOD wine and you’re like “what was I thinking?!” That’s me with Salba. I don’t know if I can go back to other chia after having Salba. Plus they have ground chia and I am obsessed with using it for baking!!
My new delicate rose gold rings: I bought these off etsy from Hannah Naomi. I really just wanted to treat myself to something pretty and feminine. So much of my days involve dirty shirts, yoga pants, messy buns and gallons of coffee. I think I just wanted a little something that I could wear daily that would remind me that I’m a person, specifically a female person, and would make me smile. Mission accomplished 🙂 These are so dainty and delicate and I barely remember I’m even wearing them because they are so lightweight and beautiful! I see a stacking ring addiction in my near future.
Kombucha: Yes I know I know, where have I been. I’ve been putting off trying Kombucha because I thought it was a trend, was stuck in my ways, etc. Well, curiosity
killed the cat made the cat awesome and turns out I’M OBSESSED. Long story short, Kombucha is fermented tea with probiotics and enzymes that have supposed health benefits. I just like it and think it’s fun and have been drinking it regularly and making up for lost time. It’s a really intense and fun drinking experience 🙂
So there you have it, friends!! What have you guys been obsessing over? xo
